Description: Probably the prettiest Chert I have ever seen. Called Tiger Chert this comes from Wyoming near the Platte River. Somehow before I recieve it- it was broken and glued back together. A large Paleo knife with large cross-over flaking created by percussion flaking.

Provenance: Found near the North Platte River in Carbon Co. Wyoming; Ex: Major Spessard Collection.
