Description: Wonderful little spokeshave. These date from Early Archaic back to Paleo times and were used to grind down the knots, lumps and bumbs of a spear shaft. The pictures no. 2 and 3 show the heavy use wear which is almost smooth. A rare find.
Provenance: Found on private property with permission in northeastern Pinellas Co. Florida.
