Description: This outstanding Early Archaic corner-notch Lost Lake point measures 4″ long, crafted of richly patinated Fort Paynes Chert . The deep drooping ears, sharply cornered notches, ground base, and fine flaking defines this Lost Lake type. This piece exhibits premium size and workmanship — a standout example for serious lithic collectors. An Early Archaic Knife, dating to around 7,500 years BP (Before Present)
