Description: A rare point type for Pasco Co. Florida. Made of highly patinated Florida Chert. Classic example of this type. Deep narrow notches, big broad Dove Tail base. The base is not ground though, as this is sometimes the case. i am personally really impressed with how this point is made. You can't capture the flaking on a white point, but this thing has collateral flaking big time! And the edge work is phenominal. The ears are perfectly intact; not dinged or broken. A really nice point!
