Description: These 6 Middle Archaic Thonotosassa Points were found Cached together and are manufactured from a variety of local material. Mostly fossiliferous Chert with inclusions.The 2nd longest point has an extreme deliberate torgue or twist in the blade and is made of Bay Bottom Chert with a band of translucence.

Provenance: Found near Plant City at the Old Sand Mine Site, Hillsborough Co. Florida. Ex Major Spessard Collection.
