Description: This good sized standard issue, Side Notch Bolen is made of orange and black colored Rice Grain Chert with a nice Druzzy Crystal Shell Fossil inclusion. Probably used as a knife. The blade is not beveled and the base is not ground.
Provenance: Found on private property with permission in Putnam Co. Florida.
