Description: The underneath part of a turtle shell is called the Plastron. This is an easily recognizable shell of a Box Turtle, the only difference is this one is a fossil from the Ice Age and is a minimum of 10,000 years old to 1.1 million years old.
Provenance: Found in Taylor Co. Florida.
