Description: Very nice Bolen Bevel made of locally sourced Coastal Plains Chert from a quarry near present day Dothan Alabama. The colors are gorgeous with dark olive green and an inclusion of orange spots. Beautiflly executed rolling bevel and fine pressure flaking all down the blade edge.
Provenance: Found on private property with permission. Found in the Choctawhatchee River Basin, Dale Co. Alabama.
