Description: This Deer Lower Left Mandible has been cut, ground and scored to create a Headdress probablu worn by the tribes Shaman or Medicene Man. The condile has been cut off and the bone has been worn smooth. The grinding smooth of the bone continues down the length of the jaw, Then towards the end the jaw has been cut off flush at a right 90 degree angle. Here you plainly see score marks where they were cutting the bone. Hard to immagine what thid looked like after it was assembled but needless to say this is avery rare relic. Slim chances of this surviving for 1000's of years and then so few were made.
