Description: Possible an exhaust bone pin or maybe made for a child this most likely just a small, Socketed Bone Pin. One point or end has been lost so it is hard to say for sure whether this could have been another Gouge Fishhook. It is a little thicker than a standard Gouge so I would say it is just a small Bone Pin.
