Description: This long Late Archaic (3,500 -5,000 BP) Hamilton knife has the blunt tip that is so characteristic of so many of them. The tip is heavily worked, so it is very intentional. Over-all this is well made piece with excellent flaking. It's length and pleasing gold color are nice features of this blade.
